You will learn about the basic principles of lacto fermentation, a preservation method that’s been used for thousands of years in many different cultures all over the world which is not only a tasty way of preserving veg but also helps maintain good gut health and helps to reduce food waste. You will get a chance to make your own jar of veg to take away. You’ll also get a short handbook with the basic principles written down and a resource list for further reading.
